Sleep medicine procedure at Hospital Galenia, Cancún

Riviera Sleep Program · S·E·R · Cancún, Mexico

Sleep better. Starting here.

Sleep medicine, airway surgery and respiratory training — in one integrated program.
Dra. Lili Padilla · Dr. Jorge Barbachano · Cancún, Mexico

Why Cancún

You don't have to wait
months for a diagnosis.

In many countries, getting a proper sleep study takes 4–12 months. In Cancún, we can have your polysomnography scheduled within days, your evaluation done in one week, and a treatment plan in your hands before you fly home.

We combine it with world-class resort infrastructure — because recovery happens better when you're rested and comfortable.

Comprehensive care

Everything under one roof

No referral chains. No waiting lists. One team, full picture.

Polysomnography

Full overnight sleep study. Gold standard for diagnosing OSA, UARS, insomnia, parasomnias, and RLS. Report available within 24h.

ENT Assessment

Nasal endoscopy, pharyngeal evaluation, airway anatomy review. Dra. Lili identifies structural contributors that CPAP alone won't fix.

Airway Surgery

Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty, septoplasty, turbinoplasty, tonsillectomy. Dr. Barbachano performs these at Hospital Galenia — one of Mexico's top private hospitals.

CPAP & MAD

If CPAP is indicated: titration study included. Mandibular Advancement Device (MAD) assessment for mild-moderate OSA or CPAP-intolerant patients.

Myofunctional Therapy

Oropharyngeal muscle exercises shown to reduce AHI by approximately 50% in adults with mild-to-moderate OSA (Camacho et al., 2015). Taught in-person, continued remotely via RespiraGym.

Bilingual Coordination

Every appointment, report, and recommendation is delivered in English. Hospital liaison included. No translation barriers in your care.

S · E · R — Sleep · Equilibrium · Respiration

A team built
around your airway.

Sleep and breathing are the same system seen from different angles. We evaluate from the sleep laboratory, apply surgical correction when the data indicates it, and retrain what was lost. This is S·E·R.

Who is this for?

If you recognize
any of these —

01

You snore loudly and your partner has started sleeping in another room.

02

You wake up exhausted regardless of how many hours you slept.

03

You've been told you stop breathing in your sleep.

04

You've already tried CPAP and can't tolerate it. There are other options.

05

You're an athlete and your performance has plateaued despite proper training and nutrition.

06

You want a diagnosis and a plan — not a 9-month waiting list.

Investment

Every case is different.
So is the plan.

Your first step is a 45-minute video consultation with Dra. Lili — $100 USD. In it we review your sleep history, your symptoms and any studies you already have, and you leave with a clear picture of what your case actually requires: whether that's a sleep study, an airway evaluation, surgery, CPAP, or none of the above.

That consultation is real clinical work, and it's what makes everything after it precise. It is credited toward your program if you decide to come to Cancún.

There is no fixed package price beyond that, by design — the program is built around your diagnosis, not around a brochure. What we can tell you: medical costs in Cancún are typically 30–60% lower than equivalent care in the US, Canada or Western Europe.

Global community · Sleep Academy

Learning doesn't stop
when you go home.

Sleep Academy is our international WhatsApp community — a space where people from around the world come to understand sleep and breathing better. Weekly content in English, direct access to Dra. Lili, and a framework built on the same pillars as the Riviera Sleep Program.

You don't need to have a diagnosis to join. You just need to believe that sleeping well is worth understanding.

The first step

A 45-minute call can
change how you sleep.

No referral needed. No waiting list. Just you, Dra. Lili, and your sleep history — and a plan you can act on.
